Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

To be the custodian of all material belonging to the company lying within the premises or outside including customer sites.
To be responsible for stores function to ensure minimum 95% accuracy in physical stock and stock position in SAP (Actual count to SAP balance)
To ensure NIL Stock-out situation by setting reorder levels for regular and fast moving items.
To maintain projected Inventory to Turnover ratio ( Cost of goods sold to Average Inventory)
To take control of Cylinder management resulting in getting back the refilling cylinders as and when it is due for pickup from client locations.
To prepare and submit periodic MIS as per the timelines set for it.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate having additional qualification in stores/ Inventory management.
A candidate with Engineering/ Science background will have an advantage.
Minimum 12 years experience in stores function of manufacturing organisation in Gas/ Engineering/ Chemical industry. Should have been in a leadership position for at least 2 years
