What you'll Do: Key Responsibilities: Payroll Responsibilities: Process monthly or bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain and update payroll records including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation or benefits. Ensure compliance with statutory laws regarding payroll (e.g., PF, ESI, tax deductions, bonuses, gratuity). Coordinate with finance and HR teams for data verification and reconciliation. Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies. Prepare payroll reports and statements for audit and management use. Liaise with payroll vendors or platforms as needed. HR Operations Responsibilities: Maintain and update HR systems and employee records (e.g., attendance, leaves, benefits). Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system setup, and exit formalities. Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, increment, relieving, etc.) and maintaining compliance documents. Coordinate performance review schedules and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain HR databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Support HR audits, compliance checks, and policy documentation. Qualifications: - Degree in HR. - Familiarity with payroll and HRMS software -Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. -Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Position : Procurement Manager Location : Mahape Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of procurement experience, with at least 10 years in a manufacturing environment . Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and industrial procurement to manage and optimize our purchasing operations. This role is critical in ensuring uninterrupted production by securing quality raw materials, components, equipment, and services at the best value. The ideal candidate will bring industry knowledge, supplier network expertise, and a results-driven approach to procurement and supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to manufacturing requirements. • Source and procure raw materials, production components, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supplies, and capital equipment. • Establish strong vendor relationships and negotiate long-term agreements with preferred suppliers. • Ensure continuity of supply to support production schedules and prevent downtime. • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and delivery metrics. • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to forecast material needs and resolve supply issues. • Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality or compliance. • Manage inventory levels in coordination with inventory control and production planning teams. • Stay updated on market trends, commodity prices, and changes in supply chain regulations. • Oversee procurement documentation, compliance standards, and internal audit requirements. • Utilize ERP systems (SAP) to manage procurement workflows and reporting. Preferred Skills: • Strong knowledge of materials management, vendor development, and industrial purchasing. • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and procurement practices. • Proven negotiation and contract management skills. • Proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of ISO/quality systems and regulatory compliance in manufacturing. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
