Job Description

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems (e.g., electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing systems) to ensure operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Preventive Maintenance Plans:
Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and reduce unexpected failures.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance, including updating maintenance logs and generating reports.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency through upgrades or modifications.
Collaboration:
Work closely with production teams, supervisors, and external vendors to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
Inventory Management:
Monitor spare parts inventory, order necessary supplies, and ensure availability of critical components for repairs.
Training and Support:
Provide guidance and training to junior technicians or operators on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.
Emergency Response:
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, ensuring quick resolution to maintain production schedules.
