Job Summary: The Tender Executive will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing the end-to-end tendering process within the organization. This includes preparing and submitting tender documents, ensuring compliance with client specifications, and liaising with various internal departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions. The role requires excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to ensure that all tender responses are accurate, competitive, and submitted on time. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tender Preparation: Review and analyze tender documents, ensuring clear understanding of client requirements. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) to gather necessary information and documents for tender submissions. Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical, financial, and legal parts, in line with the requirements specified by the client. Ensure all tender submissions are compliant with company policies and industry regulations. 2. Post-Tender Follow-Up: Follow up with the client or procurement team to ensure timely evaluation of submitted tenders. Address any queries or clarifications requested by clients regarding the submitted tender. Assist in contract negotiations if the tender is successful. Skills & Qualifications: Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a tendering, procurement, or bidding environment Knowledge of tendering processes, procurement regulations, and government procurement policies. Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
