Job Description

Job Summary:

Senior HR professional

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR & Business Partnership

Partner with leadership teams to understand business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly
Lead strategic HR initiatives related to workforce planning, succession, and talent development
Provide insights on people data, trends, and HR metrics to support decision-making

HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR audits
Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for statutory and organizational audits

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for complex employee relations matters, resolving conflicts effectively
Design and lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction
Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and provide action plans to leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in HR or an MBA in HR
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD)
Experience in fast-paced environments like startups, IT/Tech, or manufacturing
Exposure to handling multi-location or international HR practices
Experience with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
