Job Description

Note: This position is based out of our Marine Drive office in Mumbai. This is not a position for candidates interested in working remotely.

Responsibilities

Drafting job descriptions
Posting job roles
Managing accounts on job portals
Screening, contacting and interviewing candidates
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

Key Skills

Experience in recruitment functions is advantageous but not essential
Willingness to learn on the job
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisation skills
Professionalism, Time and Stress Management
Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
