As an HR Strategy & Advisory specialist, your role involves acting as a trusted advisor to both employees and management. You will address grievances, foster a healthy workplace culture, and support organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing performance appraisal processes, tracking KPIs, and supporting the development of employee growth plans. - Identifying skill gaps and coordinating effective training programs to build capabilities and enhance employee development. - Ensuring consistent application of HR policies while maintaining adherence to labor laws and internal regulations. - Monitoring and managing attendance and leave records through HR systems, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. - Maintaining and auditing employee records, contracts, and statutory documents to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. - Leading end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. - Building strong employee relations, addressing concerns promptly, and implementing initiatives that promote employee satisfaction. - Overseeing smooth and compliant exit formalities, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing attrition data for continuous improvement. - Planning and executing engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale, motivation, and retention.,
