Senior HR Professional

As a Senior HR Professional at our growing company, you will be instrumental in fostering a people-first culture and implementing scalable HR practices. Your passion for talent development and making a positive impact through your work will drive our organization forward. - Lead HR initiatives to establish a high-performance, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplace - Build and manage a recruitment engine to attract top talent and ensure cultural and skill fit - Implement engagement, wellness, and growth programs to champion a strong company culture - Design transparent and motivating performance frameworks for individual and team success - Set up smooth, compliant, and scalable HR processes and systems from onboarding to exit procedures - Identify skill gaps, develop learning strategies, and support continuous learning across teams - Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and empower team leaders You should have proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Generalist in a growth-focused environment. Hands-on experience in managing compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws is necessary. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a strategic problem-solving mindset are essential. Experience in startups or fast-paced environments and driving Organizational Development (OD) is advantageous.
