Senior HR Professional

Your responsibilities will include: - Building and managing a recruitment engine to attract top talent and ensure cultural and skill fit - Championing a strong company culture through engagement, wellness, and growth programs - Designing transparent and motivating performance frameworks for individual and team success Your tasks will involve setting up smooth, compliant, and scalable HR processes and systems, ranging from onboarding to exit procedures. You will also need to: - Identify skill gaps and develop learning and development strategies - Support continuous learning across teams - Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Generalist in a growth-focused environment. You should have hands-on experience in managing compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws, as well as coordinating with consultants for audits and statutory filings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strategic mindset for problem-solving and process improvement, are essential. Experience in startups or fast-paced, scaling environments, as well as driving Organizational Development (OD), will be advantageous.
