Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Operations Specialist at DNV, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality HR services while ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing documents, personnel, and employee data, as well as participating in improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational processes. You will be the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters and will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas to drive positive changes within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end HR support for the APAC region, including onboarding, data administration, absence administration, exit management, benefits administration, and other employee life cycle activities. - Process invoices and maintain time and absence records with excellent Excel skills. - Communicate effectively with APAC employees both verbally and in writing. - Focus on improving customer experience KPIs with high standards of time and quality. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to local and global data protection norms. - Collaborate with the HR Operations Team to enhance processes and cooperate with other centers/offices for continuous improvement. - Handle APAC onboarding processes such as preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and maintaining employee data in the HR system. - Ensure data quality governance on all HR systems for completeness and correctness. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience in end-to-end HR operations. - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Strong knowledge of HR systems like Oracle HCM, Service Management Tool, and Basware invoicing. - Experience in shared services supporting multiple countries is advantageous. - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. - Ability to explain HR policies and procedures to employees and managers. - Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and proactive mindset. - Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Enthusiastic, adaptable to change, and willing to learn with a can-do attitude. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
