Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the retail industry , specifically in hypermarket or supermarket operations . The ideal candidate should currently reside in Kochi and possess exceptional leadership, customer service, and store operations management skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability. Lead and supervise store staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling. Ensure optimal customer service standards are maintained at all times. Monitor stock levels and order new items as needed to maintain inventory accuracy and availability. Implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience. Analyze sales figures, interpret trends, and make informed decisions to drive store growth. Maintain high standards of visual presentation and store hygiene. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. Manage budgets and forecast sales to achieve targets and reduce shrinkage. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, with mandatory experience in hypermarket or supermarket management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Proficiency in retail software systems and inventory tools.
