Job Description

To develop and implement HR Polices and procedures that align with organizations goals and objectives.

Ensure that agreed transparent systems policies and Procedures related personnel and human resources development are in place.

Ensure HR and personnel polices with local labour laws

Overview maintained of HR database and records.

HR related training.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations including Health & Safety rules.

Generating Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer/ Relieving letter and their documentation.

Designing interview questions, conducting interviews and creating employment offers and packages for successful candidates.

Handling complete process of ESIC & EPF related matters like online monthly contribution challan preparation & its remittances, returns,

Montoring training needs and developing and managing employees training program.

Managing employee relations and conducting conflict management and resolution.

Enforcing company policies and leading disciplinary procedures.

Candidate profile: Preferably 10-15 years experience in with an export house of repute
