Job Description

HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic HR partner to regional business leaders and branch managers
Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple branches in the Kolkata region
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and compliance matters
Support manpower planning, hiring coordination, and onboarding for branches
Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances
Conduct regular branch visits for HR reviews, audits, and employee connect
Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and exits
Implement corporate HR initiatives and change management programs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of HRBP role, HR operations, and employee relations
Male Candidate
with a
Two Wheeler
is Mandatory
Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances
Experience handling multi-location / regional HR roles
Good communication skills in English & Bengali (Hindi preferred)
Willingness to travel frequently between branches within the region

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in service industry / healthcare / retail / diagnostics preferred
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a regional role

Working Days: 6 day Week - 9 hrs Shift
