Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, ensuring workforce planning and talent management are effectively executed.
  • Provide expert advice on performance management and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to develop data-driven solutions that improve employee satisfaction, productivity and retention.
  • Act as a key advisor to managers, coaching them on leadership development, employee engagement and career growth strategies.
  • Support change management efforts by aligning HR programs with organizational transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and employee adaptability.
  • Conduct periodic HR policy and process reviews, recommending improvements to enhance compliance, efficiency and employee experience.
  • Oversee grievance handling and conflict resolution, ensuring a fair and transparent workplace environment.
  • Collaborate with HR teams across recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, compensation and benefits understanding and implementation to ensure seamless service delivery and business alignment.
  • Lead and participate in special HR projects, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices to support business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR business partnering, talent management, or employee relations within a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Masters' degree in HR is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to analyze HR data and provide strategic insights for workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Has a deep understanding of Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong soft skills including the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders, collaborate effectively across teams, demonstrate high detail orientation, and drive outcomes in complex and dynamic environments.

Location

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard's India office. Only qualified external applicants will be considered.
