Job Description

A Senior HR Manager oversees all aspects of the HR department, ensuring compliance, developing strategies, and fostering a positive work environment. They lead the team in talent acquisition, employee relations, aligning cross-country employees cultural differences, performance management, and organizational development, while also acting as a strategic partner with the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: •Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, develop strategies for attracting and hiring top talent, and manage the onboarding process. •Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure a positive and productive work environment. Aligning the cross-countries cultural difference between employees in the common interest of the company •Moderating Meetings: Develop and implement SOP and FOA performance management systems, Moderating on periodical meetings, conduct performance reviews and follow-up on the Meetings, and provide feedback to employees and Management •Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to employees. •HR Strategy & Policy: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and aligning HR practices with business objectives. •Organizational Development: Plan and implement training and development programs, and support initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness. •Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. •Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to team members. Providing support to top management and troubleshooting in the grey areas of Leadership in Middle Management staff •Strategic Partnering: Work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives. •Compliance: Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
