HR Strategy & Policy Create and follow HR plans and rules that support the company’s goals. Make sure HR policies are applied fairly across all teams. Help with planning for hiring, promotions, and employee engagemen Hiring & Onboarding Handle the full hiring process: posting jobs, screening, interviews, and job offers. Work with team leaders to understand hiring needs. Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees. Employee Support & Engagement Be the go-to person for employee questions, concerns, or conflicts. Plan fun and engaging activities, surveys, and team events. Help teams work better together by resolving any issues. Attendance & Leave Management Track attendance, leaves, and punctuality of employees. Review monthly reports and suggest improvements. Make sure systems are updated and rules are followed. Performance Management Organize performance reviews and goal-setting sessions. Help managers give useful feedback and growth plans. Spot high-potential employees and guide their career paths. Training & Development Identify what skills employees need and arrange training or workshops. Promote learning and track how training is helping. Support team leaders in mentoring future leaders.
