Description
As a Senior HR Leader in People & Culture / Talent Management at ELIMA, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's internal culture and ensuring alignment between workforce practices and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing HR operations for both blue-collar and white-collar employees, overseeing compliance with labor laws, leading recruitment efforts, developing onboarding programs, fostering employee engagement, designing HR policies, supporting strategic expansion, and maintaining a balance between people care and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage HR operations for blue-collar and white-collar employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws. - Lead recruitment efforts, onboard new hires, and develop learning programs for continuous skill improvement. - Foster a people-first culture through engagement initiatives and team-building activities. - Create and update HR policies, implement HRMS systems, and ensure policy consistency across sites. - Support leadership in manpower planning for new projects and contribute to organizational design initiatives. **Qualification Required:** - MBA / PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development. - 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or recycling sectors. - Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. As an added advantage, experience in fast-growing organizations and the ability to scale HR processes from the ground up would be beneficial.
