Job Description

  • Oversee all HR administration tasks, including employee records, attendance, leave management, and compliance with labour laws.
  • Manage and execute the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, tax deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee grievances, queries, and ensure proper documentation for all HR-related matters.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads and management for performance appraisals and employee development.
  • Ensure legal compliance for all HR policies and procedures, including statutory filings and audits.
  • Facilitate training programs, employee engagement activities, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR data, and prepare HR reports for audits and compliance purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
