Senior HR Executive

You will be responsible for various HR functions within the organization to ensure employee engagement, relations, operations, compliance, performance management, and training and development. As part of the Employee Engagement initiatives, you will be developing and implementing programs to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation. This includes organizing team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition events. Monitoring employee morale and providing feedback to management for continuous improvement will also be a key aspect of this role. In terms of Employee Relations, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions. Conducting investigations into employee issues and conflicts, as well as recommending corrective actions, will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support conflict resolution efforts to maintain a harmonious work environment. You will also be responsible for handling statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, and professional tax, along with tracking and managing employee leave records to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Ensuring HR operations and compliance is another crucial aspect of this role. This includes maintaining employee records and HR databases, as well as assisting in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures to align with the organization's goals and legal requirements. Supporting the performance management process will be part of your responsibilities. This involves guiding managers and employees through the performance appraisal process, as well as identifying training and development needs and coordinating relevant programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Identifying training needs and organizing skill enhancement programs will also fall under your purview. Collaborating with department heads to address employee development requirements and ensure a continuous learning culture within the organization will be essential for fostering employee growth and success.,
