Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage various human resource functions at our Jodhpur facility. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience and the ability to support daily operations, recruitment, and employee engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination
• Handle onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll
• Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs
• Address employee queries and support grievance resolution
• Assist in performance management and appraisal coordination

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong understanding of core HR functions and labor regulations
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and people-oriented
