Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter on a contract basis to manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process while also supporting core HR operations. This role involves sourcing and hiring top IT talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, exits, HRMS updates, and training coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Coordinate interviews, share timely feedback, and keep candidates engaged.
Manage employee onboarding including documentation and induction.
Support exit processes and maintain accurate data in HRMS.
Assist in training & development initiatives and basic employee engagement activities.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges to higher management.

Mandatory Qualifications:

3 - 6 years of experience in IT recruitment with exposure to HR operations.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
Proficiency in job portals and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Prefer Hyderabad based candidates.
