Job Description

We are looking for a strong Java Developer Lead with expertise in building end-to-end applications for Retail and Wholesale Distribution companies in the SMB space. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using open-source frameworks: Hibernate, Spring JDBC. Apply design patterns: MVC, Gangs of Four. Implement OAuth 2.0 Application Security (preferred). Mandatory Qualifications 6-10 years of hands-on Java development experience. Proven experience in at least three full application development life cycles. Expertise in Spring Boot (minimum 6 years). Microservices architecture and Kafka experience (minimum 3 years). Database experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL Deep understanding of JDK 8 features (e.g., Executor Service, Java Streams). Knowledge of payment gateway and hardware device integrations (printers, cash drawers, scanners). Desired Skills Proficiency in Mobile/Web application development. Experience in POS systems. Familiarity with DevOps tools: Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins. Understanding of web containers: Glassfish, Jetty, Tomcat. Perks & Benefits Flexible working hours Group Health Insurance
