We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team on contract basis and play a crucial role in finding, attracting, and hiring top IT talent. The IT Recruiter will work closely with respective managers and HR to understand the technical requirements and cultural fit for each role and will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics. Source and screen the candidates through job portals like Naukri. Review resumes and applications to evaluate the potential candidates. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders. Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges to higher management. Mandatory Qualifications: 3-6 years of work experience in IT recruitment. Proficient in using Job Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Perks: Flexible working hours
