IT Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top tech talent to join our team. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. - Utilizing various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals to attract qualified IT professionals. - Coordinating and scheduling interviews with technical panels and hiring managers. - Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics. - Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. - Collaborating with the HR team for joining formalities and documentation. - Supporting HR operational tasks such as employee onboarding, engagement activities, and policy implementation as required. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. - Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals. - Eagerness to learn and grow in broader HR functions.
