About the Role


Senior HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize end-to-end

    HR administrative processes

    across departments
  • Develop, maintain, and implement

    departmental hierarchies and organizational charts

  • Collaborate with leadership to define clear roles, reporting lines, and decision-making authority
  • Create and update

    SOPs, workflows, and inter-departmental coordination protocols

  • Oversee documentation, compliance, and record-keeping for all HR operations
  • Support talent planning, workforce structuring, and department-level audits
  • Ensure consistency in onboarding, exit processes, and performance reviews across departments
  • Act as a central point of contact for administrative issues within HR operations
  • Implement best practices from large corporate environments to elevate organizational efficiency


Requirements

  • 5–6 years

    of relevant experience in

    HR operations or administration

  • Prior experience working in

    large or structured organizations

    is

    mandatory

  • Proven track record of managing or optimizing

    departmental structures and workflows

  • Strong knowledge of

    HR policies, compliance standards, and operational frameworks

  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and organizational charting tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)


Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Exposure to change management or reorganization projects
  • Ability to think strategically while managing operational details
