Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in visually communicating the brands’ identity by creating, compelling, innovative and cohesive visuals across various platforms. Position Objective - Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in visually communicating the brands’ identity by creating, compelling, innovative and cohesive visuals across various platforms. About the position- We are looking for a passionate and skilled graphic designer to join our growing team. In collaboration with Marketing, Brand Communications, Visuals Designer one would be responsible for ideating, creating and designing impactful visual content that captures the essence of our brand. The work of Graphic Designer will play a key role in elevating our branding, marketing and social media campaigns delivering visually compelling narratives that resonate with our desiring audience. Job Skills - He or she will have to be an outstanding storyteller. Deep understanding of Luxury, Art & Craft. Proficiency in layout design, graphic fundamentals, typography, visual composition for both print and digital media Proficiency in software and programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, Illustrator) and other software’s such as Canva, Figma, etc., Strong Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects with brands from the luxury industry or advertising agency. Personal Attributes: Excellent written & verbal communication, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple agencies simultaneously. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Mindset & approach to be solution-driven. Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for creative field. Job Responsibilities: Research & Trends Stay updated on design trends, particularly in the luxury sector, and incorporate relevant, forward-thinking elements into design projects in line with Brand Guidelines. Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials. Design Ideation & Execution Ideate and then develop creative visual concepts and designs for marketing materials, digital assets, product packaging, and print campaigns, aligning with the brand’s aesthetic. Develop visual content for a variety of platforms, including social media platforms (Linkedin & Instagram), websites, newsletters, and advertisements. Brand Identify/ Aesthetic Ensure that all designs layouts are consistent with the brand's visual identity, messaging, and values. Maintain the feel in all creative outputs. Conduct meticulous quality checks to ensure all designs meet the highest standards of graphic designing. Design editorial style layouts for website, branding materials and presentations, lookbooks like small collaterals, journals. Website Development Overlook Oversee and guide the visual aspects of website development, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Design editorial-style layouts for websites, branding materials, and presentations that are visually engaging and on-brand. Leverage expertise in typography, colour theory, and layout design to produce impactful visuals that define the brand’s luxury positioning. Database Management & Team Coordination Maintain an organized all design files, ensuring easy access and version control for team members. Prepare final files for both digital and print production, ensuring technical specifications (resolution, colour format, etc.) are met. Collaborate closely with other team members to deliver cohesive and impactful visual solutions and develop creative approach for expressive brand graphics with strong storytelling. Feedback & Revisions Respond to feedback from team, making necessary revisions to improve the design and meet project goals.
