Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer Required Skills: · Graphic Design & Video editing · Creativity · Brand Management · Illustration · Visual Communication · Problem Solving Key Responsibilities: 1. Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics including logos, banners, brochures, infographics, and various design assets aligned with the brand identity. 2. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously—coordinate with stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery within budget. 3. Concept Development: Conceptualize and develop design solutions that align with the company’s branding and marketing strategies. 4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to ensure high-quality output. 5. Design Trends & Technology: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software to ensure innovative and contemporary output. 6. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and design direction. 7. Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications. 8. Quality Control: Maintain high design standards with a keen eye for detail, consistency, and accuracy across all outputs. 9. Packaging Design: Design compelling and visually appealing product packaging that stands out on the shelf and communicates brand messaging. 10. Social Media Content: Create engaging posts for various platforms using AI design tools and professional software. 11. Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit in-house reels and videos for product promotions and branding. 12. Shoot Ideation: Collaborate with photographers to ideate and execute creative photoshoots for reels and promotional images. 13. Marketing Collateral: Design and update product catalogues, flyers, and materials for trade shows and exhibitions. 14. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for promotional and printing-related activities. Software Proficiency: · CorelDRAW · Adobe Photoshop · Adobe Illustrator · Canva · Familiarity with AI-based design tools (preferred) Qualifications & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field. · 5–6 years of professional experience in graphic and packaging design. · Expertise in preparing print-ready files and basic 3D modeling. · Sound understanding of printing techniques and materials. · Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
