Role: Senior Graphic Designer

Experience: 6 Month to 1 Years

Work Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute design projects across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate business requirements into impactful designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design compelling visuals for digital campaigns, websites, social media, branding, mobile and print.

Lead the creative development of marketing materials, presentations, and product assets.

Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs while innovating with fresh design ideas.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate briefs into high-quality visuals.

Supervise, guide, and review the work of junior designers to maintain design standards.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory

Experience in motion graphics and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)

Experience in UI/UX design principles

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication and leadership skills

Proficiency in GIF animation, 3D animation, and rive.
