Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Content Designer located in Karnal. The Visual Content Designer will conceptualize and create compelling visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and branding initiatives. The role also includes tasks such as designing graphics, layouts, and user-friendly elements to align with brand guidelines, as well as collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive visual communication. The designer will maintain high visual standards while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proficiency in graphic design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Strong skills in visual storytelling, typography, and layout design. Experience in creating content for social media, digital campaigns, and websites. Ability to edit photos and videos to enhance visual content quality. Understanding of branding and branding consistency across digital platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams. Attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently in deadline-driven environments. Familiarity with UX/UI principles and motion graphics is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
