• Lead design projects from concept to execution with exceptional visual quality
• Develop creative assets for campaigns, social media, websites, brand identity, ads, emailers, and presentations
• Guide, mentor & review work of junior designers and interns
• Work closely with Performance Marketing & Content teams to deliver high-impact creatives that drive conversions
• Understand brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency
• Participate in brainstorming & pitch presentations for large brands
• Manage timelines and deliver multiple projects with speed & accuracy
• Stay updated on design trends, tools & AI-driven design workflows
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital & campaign-based design work
• Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Figma bonus)
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, colour theory & visual storytelling
• Strong sense of detailing and composition
• Ability to independently manage projects & communicate ideas clearly
• Experience working in digital agencies is preferred
