We are looking for a Graphic Designer – Team Lead who can blend design expertise with leadership skills to drive our creative output to the next level.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality creative designs across digital platforms while managing the day-to-day operations of the design team. You will guide junior designers, ensure timely project delivery, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with other teams (content, strategy, and digital marketing) to achieve client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the graphic design team’s daily workflow, ensuring productivity and creative output.
• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality creatives for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, branding, and other promotional materials.
• Review, provide feedback, and ensure final designs meet brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to translate ideas into impactful visual solutions.
• Allocate design tasks, set timelines, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to inspire innovation within the team.
• Train, mentor, and motivate junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain organized workflows for design projects and ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing/creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Strong eye for detail, color, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to present and justify design concepts to clients and internal teams.
