Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong visual storytelling skills, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and mentor junior designers while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital, print, and branding projects.
• Lead design projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, creativity, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create impactful visual communication.
• Maintain brand identity and guidelines across all design outputs.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas.
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
• Experience in digital design (web, social media, UI assets) and print production.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Motion graphics and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
