Roles and Responsibilities

· Design Review & Quality Control: Evaluate all submitted designs to ensure they meet brand aesthetics, reference guidelines, and quality standards.

·Template Recreation: Rework or recreate designs as necessary to maintain consistency and match reference materials or platform expectations.

· Intern Supervision: Oversee the daily work of Graphic Design Interns—assign tasks, provide creative direction, and support timely submissions.

· Creative Feedback: Offer professional, constructive feedback on design work to help interns enhance their creative output.

· Task & Deadline Management: Maintain a task-tracking system to ensure all designs are completed accurately and on time.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the core team to align the output with branding strategy and campaign needs.

· Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the design or operations process and suggest improvements to streamline output.

Qualifications

Have prior experience in graphic design (freelance, internships, or project-based work).

Are proficient with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Have a good eye for aesthetics, trends, and social media content design.

Are confident in managing and guiding other designers on quality and expectations.
