About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to head our design team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of proven experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and leadership skills to guide a team of designers. This role requires a balance of creativity, project management, and team leadership to deliver innovative, brand-aligned visual solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and support. • Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visuals for digital, print, and multimedia platforms. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate requirements into compelling design solutions. • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Review, refine, and approve design deliverables before submission. • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance creativity and efficiency. • Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies when required. • Contribute to strategy discussions on brand positioning and visual storytelling. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Motion Graphics or a related field. • 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or senior designer role. • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work (digital, print, branding, social media, etc.). • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierPro, After Effects, CorelDRAW). • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus. • Video editing and motion graphics experience will be an added advantage. 
