Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Global Vendor Relations Coordinator to manage and onboard international IT vendors for our staffing and service delivery operations. The role involves handling MSA/SOW negotiations, coordinating with legal and finance, ensuring vendor compliance, and managing relationships across multiple geographies and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding of international IT vendors.
Drive MSA/SOW negotiations in coordination with legal and finance teams.
Manage vendor compliance, documentation, due diligence, and onboarding timelines.
Track and oversee vendor performance, SLA readiness, and operational activation.
Act as the primary escalation point during onboarding or vendor issues.
Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and project teams on vendor requirements.
Provide guidance to junior team members on vendor processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree required (Business, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred).
5–7 years of experience in
vendor management / onboarding within IT staffing or IT services
.
Strong exposure to MSA, SOW, contract negotiation, and compliance processes.
Experience managing vendors across global time zones.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong Excel and documentation/reporting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-vendor IT environment.
