Senior Global Alliance & Partnership Manager:

Tech Mahindra is growing, and in the process of establishing itself as a positive disruptor amongst Global Service Providers. Within TechM, the Business Process Services is looking at Strategic Partnerships & Alliances as a key growth engine. Our Partnership & Alliances team will be at the center of this change. We not only relook at how we conduct existing services today, but also help build out complete new end-to-end services in domains, industry verticals and geographies using Platforms as a Service. We are in the process a building a dynamic, entrepreneurial and motivated Alliance Management team under a strong and experienced leadership.

Should be able to travel internationally (be passport ready) for short trips to meet with global partners and to conduct meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and drive strategic technology partner relationships for TechM BPS.
• Represent TechM before some of the smartest, most innovative and fastest-growing technology companies in the world for our new BPS partner program.
• Alliance Consultant will be entrusted with a set of partner accounts and become responsible to program manage them through the different stages of alliance life cycle.
• Partner Tracking & Reporting (MIS)
• Partner Governance & Cadence
• Manage knowledge repository (for each partner) – Contracts, PPT’s, collateral, pricing.
• Enablement – Connect with internal stakeholders, obtain training needs and facilitate enablement through partner and TechM learning and development teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams across IT, IMS and platforms within (Sales, Solution Design, Transition, Delivery and Marketing).

• Activities include:

1. Ongoing Market Research including competitor analysis
2. Support Solutions Design in Technical evaluation and joint solutions development
3. Support POC & Pilot Projects with partners
4. Support New Deals (RFP & Demo) and Pipeline development
