Job Description

As a Business Development Manager for corporate interior and exterior landscaping and biophilic solutions in Bengaluru, your role will involve leading the business development efforts to drive revenue, profitability, and key accounts for the Supply and Service Business Vertical. Key Responsibilities: - Drive business development in Bengaluru by acquiring new corporate clients and meeting sales and margin targets for interior and exterior landscaping services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial real estate ecosystem in Bengaluru. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, including lead qualification, client meetings, solutioning, pricing, and negotiations. - Develop and maintain a city-wide sales pipeline, monitor performance, and ensure healthy conversion ratios. - Position the company as a preferred partner for corporate interiors and workplace landscaping through industry events and thought-leadership engagements. - Collaborate with design, projects, and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and commercially viable. - Stay updated on competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to provide insights for product development and pricing strategy. - Mentor and guide BD/sales executives in the region to drive a performance-oriented culture. Qualifications & Experience: - 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, with at least 5 years in interiors, workplace design, landscaping, or related services. - Strong network with corporate occupiers, PMCs, architects, and interior design firms in Bengaluru's prime micro-markets. - Proven track record of closing large-ticket corporate projects and managing multi-stakeholder decision cycles. - Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Horticulture, or related fields; MBA preferred. Skills & Competencies: - Strong strategic selling and key account management skills, with the ability to engage with CXO/director-level stakeholders. - Solid understanding of interior landscaping solutions, including plant species, layouts, maintenance models, and costing. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - High ownership, result orientation, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
