Senior Full Stack Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Full Stack Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can architect, design, and develop robust and scalable full-stack applications, while also guiding and mentoring a team of talented engineers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to interact directly with clients and stakeholders.

 Technical Leadership & Architecture:

 Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex full-stack solutions

 Ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.  Set up and follow dev-ops process

 Define and enforce technical standards, and engineering excellence across the development lifecycle.

 Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.  Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of applications.

 Hands-on Development:

 Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular.

 Build robust, high-performance, and scalable backend services using Python with FastAPI and NodeJS.  Integrate with various databases, APIs, and third-party services.

 Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the full stack.

 Team Collaboration & Mentorship:

 Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.

 Contribute to an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

 Customer Facing & Communication:

 Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts, progress, and challenges.

 Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable development plans.  Participate in client discussions, presenting solutions, and providing technical insights.

 Front-end Expertise: Strong proficiency in Angular , including a deep understanding of components, services, routing, state management, and responsive design.

 Back-end Expertise:

 Extensive experience with Python development.

 Proven hands-on experience with FastAPI for building high-performance APIs.  Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.

 Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

 Design Patterns: Knowledge of design patterns relevant in modern applications.

 Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows using branching strategies.

 Communication & Client Facing: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, including requirement clarification, solution presentation and stakeholder management.

 Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

 Experience with Node.js for backend development.

 Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

 Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and container deployment on cloud.

 Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

 Understanding of software security principles and practices.

 Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

 Experience in using AI technologies effectively for coding.
