Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Are you a passionate, product-minded Software Engineer with a strong background in TypeScript and React? We're seeking skilled professionals to join our growing team as we look to build the next unicorn in the nonprofit industry.

We want to empower nonprofits to make a greater impact by providing cutting-edge technology that streamlines operations, increases efficiency, and enhances the ability to measure and communicate success. Our goal is to eventually be the single solution that nonprofits go to for all their needs.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and test software based on the defined project requirements

- Gather feedback from customers on project requirements and newly shipped projects

- Translate Figma designs into functional React components

- Implement backend functionalities using TypeScript and PostgreSQL

- Breakdown tasks into well-defined tickets and estimate ticket sizes

- Participate in sprint planning and reviews

- Collaborate with the team to solve problems and enhance product quality

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a top-ranking university

- At least 5 years of professional software development experience

- Proficient in TypeScript, React, and Next.js

- Moderate experience in tRPC and PostgreSQL

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Available for at least 5 hours overlapping with the PST timezone (for example, 9 pm-1am IST)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the fintech, accounting, or nonprofit sector

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Experience using communication tools such as Slack and Zoom

Expected Compensation:

50-70 lakhs INR (Cash + Equity) per year based on expertise and experience
