Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who will own the design, development, and evolution of large-scale, high-impact web systems. In this role, you will work on complex engineering problems, make critical architectural decisions, and build platforms that are scalable, reliable, and secure.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features used by millions of users, while continuously improving system performance, reliability, and developer productivity.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and own end-to-end web systems, from user interfaces to distributed back-end services
• Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems that handle high traffic and large datasets
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code with a strong focus on maintainability and performance
• Lead system design discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and drive technical decisions
• Build and evolve APIs using REST and GraphQL, ensuring backward compatibility and performance
• Optimize databases and storage systems for latency, throughput, and reliability
• Partner with product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and raise the overall engineering bar
• Mentor engineers and influence best practices across teams
• Continuously improve security, monitoring, and reliability of production systems

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development
• Expertise in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Strong experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience designing and operating large-scale production systems
• Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience building high-availability and low-latency systems
• Strong understanding of security, observability, and performance tuning
• Proven ability to mentor and lead engineers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
