We are seeking a talented individual to join our Tech Team at Mercer Talent Enterprise. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role, but the candidate needs to be based out of India. Senior Full Stack Engineer About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby on Rails, Rspec, and React, with optional expertise in TypeScript and Node.Js. This role requires someone who can manage a team, deliver projects independently, and has a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails and React. • Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Rspec. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications. • Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
