What You Will Be Doing

• Innovative Feature Creation: Crafting and deploying new features with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and enduring product impact.
• Requirement Engineering: Partnering with the product team to refine requirements and steering technical discussions to align features with product objectives.
• Operations and Upkeep: Ensuring product stability, optimizing performance, and proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Technical Design: Making pivotal technical decisions that directly influence user experiences and product scalability.

Basic Requirements

Senior Full-Stack Engineer key responsibilities

• Minimum 1 year of experience in full-stack development, engaging in both front and backend features.
• At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor for a SaaS product, steering strategic technical decisions.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects.
• Experience in incorporating generative AI into your daily development activities.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
