Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary: The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of applications and tools that support the financial firm's private cloud and virtualization operations. This role delivers robust, user-friendly, and scalable solutions that enhance infrastructure management and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new features and enhancements for existing applications, covering both UI and API layers.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end functionality.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Manage database interactions and optimize queries for performance.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring high quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues across the stack.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural discussions.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably in an enterprise IT or infrastructure domain.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js) and one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and RESTful API design. Familiarity with private cloud/virtualization concepts and APIs. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
