Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an expert Senior Next.js Full Stack Developer with strong backend emphasis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Next.js server components, API routes, middleware, and deep expertise in both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database technologies. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure backend systems while also contributing to the full stack Next.js ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop sophisticated backend services and APIs using Next.js API routes and server components - Architect and optimize MongoDB databases, including complex aggregation pipelines - Implement and manage message queuing systems using RabbitMQ - Design and maintain Redis-based caching solutions for high-performance applications - Develop and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, stored procedures, and complex SQL queries - Implement robust security measures, including authentication, authorization, and data protection - Lead backend architecture decisions and mentor junior developers - Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems - Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services - Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards - Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: - Expert-level proficiency with Next.js backend development (API routes, middleware, server components) - Advanced MongoDB skills, including complex aggregation pipelines, indexing strategies, and performance optimization - Extensive experience with PostgreSQL and advanced SQL query optimization - Strong knowledge of Redis for caching and session management - Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ for distributed systems - Thorough understanding of backend security practices, including OWASP security standards - Proficiency with Node.js ecosystem and TypeScript - Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools - Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience: - 5+ years of professional experience with Next.js full stack development - Proven track record developing complex backend systems - Demonstrated experience with both SQL and NoSQL database architectures - Experience implementing security best practices in production environments Soft Skills: - Strong architectural and system design capabilities - Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking - Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor other developers - Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts - Detail-oriented with a focus on code quality and performance Why Join Us? - Competitive salary package commensurate with expertise - Opportunity to work on challenging, cutting-edge projects - Professional development and continuous learning opportunities - Collaborative and innovative work culture - Flexible work arrangements If you're a backend-focused Next.js expert with deep database knowledge and a passion for building secure, scalable systems, we'd love to hear from you!
