Role Overview

We need a Full Stack Developer who thrives on building meaningful technology. Someone who can connect front-end experiences with solid back-end logic, while keeping an eye on scalability, speed, and impact. You’ll help us bring climate-tech platforms to life—tools that EPCs, customers, and communities will actually rely on.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end applications that serve a wide ecosystem of users.
• Architect secure, scalable APIs and databases that power sustainable workflows.
• Collaborate with product leads to convert raw ideas into running software.
• Contribute to UX flows that make complex systems simple to use.
• Continuously optimize for performance, efficiency, and future growth.
• Stay ahead of trends in web, cloud, and AI technologies.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience with databases (SQL + NoSQL) and building scalable architectures.
• Proficiency in REST APIs / GraphQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on with Git, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Ability to own a feature from whiteboard to production.

Bonus Points

• Past work in ERP, climate tech, or automation.
• Experience integrating AI/ML features.
• A “systems thinker” mindset who understands how software influences real-world energy use.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
