Role Overview

We’re searching for a UI/UX Designer who can turn abstract workflows into intuitive, engaging digital experiences. Your work will directly influence how EPCs, customers, and communities adopt and trust our platforms. This role is about designing for impact—making technology invisible and purpose visible.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals for web + mobile apps.
• Translate complex ERP-like workflows into simple, human-first interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and consistent.
• Create and maintain a design system aligned with our brand (green + orange with subtle neutrals).
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Continuously refine UI/UX based on feedback and performance data.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong grasp of UX principles, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to work in fast, iterative cycles.
• A portfolio that shows clean, thoughtful, and user-centric design.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing for SaaS, ERP, or marketplace platforms.
• Understanding of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, React/Angular integration).
• Passion for sustainability, green energy, or climate tech.
• Ability to blend professional ERP seriousness with modern, engaging flows.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
