Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer who is an expert in the React.js/Next.js ecosystem and also possesses strong experience with headless CMS platforms, specifically WordPress and Strapi.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of our user-facing web applications. A key part of this position is having a strong depth in UI/UX principles and the ability to translate complex design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive, and intuitive interfaces using NextJS or Wordpress.You will mentor other engineers, drive technical architecture decisions, and collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to bring our vision to life.Note: This is an urgent requirement. Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect & Develop: Lead the design and implementation of highly performant, server-rendered (SSR) and statically-generated (SSG) web applications using Next.js or Wordpress
- Masterful UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs into clean, maintainable, and pixel-perfect React components, ensuring a high-quality user experience across all devices
- MarTech & CRM Integration: Implement, manage, and optimize third-party marketing and CRM integrations, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Pixel), VWO (or other A/B testing tools), and Salesforce (or similar CRMs)
- Headless Integration: Serve as the primary expert on integrating our frontend applications with headless CMS platforms, with a focus on Strapi and WordPress (using REST API or WPGraphQL)
- Performance & Optimization: Obsess over web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals), asset optimization, and application speed
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, upholding high standards for code quality through reviews and best practices
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- A strong portfolio or examples demonstrating deep UI/UX implementation skills and an eye for design
- Proven experience with MarTech and CRM integrations (e.g., Google Ads, VWO, Meta Ads, Salesforce)
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Strapi and WordPress as headless CMS platforms
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors (e.g., Sass/SCSS)
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Context)
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication
