Senior Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our growing team. You will play a leading role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. Working closely with our design, product, and back-end teams, you will ensure seamless, efficient, and user-friendly digital experiences.

Your main focus will be building and optimizing front-end components using React, TypeScript, and Redux, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality and performance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of dynamic, responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, Redux, and React Router.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement efficient and elegant user interfaces.
• Manage complex application state using Redux and ensure reliable data handling across the app.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and back-end services.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for scalability and speed.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain coding standards and mentor junior team members.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment to align technical work with business goals.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with strong expertise in React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern development tools.
• Expertise in React Router and Redux for managing state and routing in large-scale applications.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design best practices.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and Git version control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing TypeScript in large-scale production environments.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Next.js for server-side rendering.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries such as Styled-components or Emotion.
• Knowledge of UI component libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira or Trello.
