1. Guest Services & Experience
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
Handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest preferences
Address guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
Maintain high standards of hospitality, grooming, and service etiquette
2. Front Desk Operations
Supervise daily front office activities and ensure SOP compliance
Ensure accurate room allocation, room status updates, and key control
Monitor reservations, cancellations, amendments, and no-shows
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Security
3. Team Supervision & Training
Guide and support Front Office Executives and Guest Service Associates
Assist in training new staff on PMS, guest handling, and service standards
Allocate duties and ensure shift handovers are properly completed
Motivate the team to maintain service excellence
4. Revenue & Cash Handling
Ensure accurate billing, posting of charges, and folio maintenance
Monitor cash, credit, and billing procedures to avoid discrepancies
Promote upselling of rooms, packages, and hotel services
Assist in maximizing occupancy and ADR in coordination with Reservations
5. Systems & Documentation
Operate and monitor Property Management Systems (PMS)
Prepare daily reports such as arrival/departure lists, occupancy reports
Maintain guest records and ensure data confidentiality
Ensure compliance with statutory and hotel documentation requirements
6. Safety, Security & Compliance
Follow hotel safety and security policies at all times
Handle emergency situations calmly and report incidents appropriately
Ensure adherence to hotel policies, brand standards, and legal guidelines
7. Coordination & Communication
Act as a key communication link between guests and hotel departments
Attend briefings and share important operational updates with the team
Coordinate airport transfers, wake-up calls, and concierge service.
