Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer (React.js) who has strong experience in building responsive, high-performing user interfaces. You will play a key role in translating design concepts into functional applications and ensure consistent UI/UX across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of responsive and interactive web interfaces using React.js.
• Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Review and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into high-quality front-end code.
• Integrate with APIs and work closely with backend teams.
• Keep up with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in front-end development using React.js.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SASS.
• Strong understanding of React.js, Hooks, and state management tools like Redux.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, Webpack, Babel, and responsive design.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Familiarity with unit testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred/Good to Have

• Knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js.
• Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG standards).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Background in healthcare, B2B, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
